This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information, in line with Quebec's Law 25 (An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information).

Information we collect
Contact details you provide (name, email, phone number, clinic name) when you complete a form or request a demo.
Call recordings and transcripts processed by the voice agent, only for client clinics that have enabled the service, and with the required consent.
Consent to call recording
When a call is recorded, the caller is informed at the start of the call and may object. Consent settings are established with each client clinic.
Hosting and data location
Data is hosted in Canada. We limit transfers outside Quebec and document any disclosure of information to a third party.
Use and retention
Information is used to respond to your requests, provide the service and improve it. We keep it only as long as necessary for those purposes, then destroy or anonymize it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your information, have it corrected, withdraw your consent and request portability of your data. Write to us to exercise these rights.
