Services
We provide an AI phone agent for clinics. The exact scope, integrations and service levels are set out in the agreement signed with each client clinic.
Integration accuracy
Each software integration status is shown honestly (live, beta, roadmap, on request). We do not promise an integration we cannot demonstrate.
Client responsibilities
The clinic remains responsible for clinical decisions and for meeting its professional obligations. The agent provides no diagnosis.
Intellectual property
The site content belongs to us or is used with permission.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by the law applicable in Quebec.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Quebec, Canada.
